Rehearsal Dinner

This week was a busy one for me! It is exhausting but so rewarding!! Flowers make people happy and they always bring a smile to their faces... to hear people comment on my work and saying how beautiful it looks just makes my heart smile big and keeps me going!

I pray all the bridal party and guests were pleased and enjoyed these center pieces as they gathered to reminisced the groom and bride's beginnings and journey. 

I love to follow Brigitte Girling from Moss & Stone Floral Designs  because I love her style and all what she creates. In one of her posts, she shared that her goal as she creates floral arrangements is to 'emulate nature' and I felt challenged to do the same thing. Relying and getting inspired from all what my Creator has made is just beautiful and more than enough! what better than getting inspired from the One and only true artist, the One that designed and created the exact same flowers I'm working with!! 

I made 10 floral arrangements for the guests tables and I feel that they turned out simply sweet and beautiful. Thank you, Lord!!

Wedding

What a wonderful experience it was to help this sweet bride with her special day! When I met with Breanna to talk the details about her wedding I just kept thinking... wow! she is my dream bride in every way!! and sure enough!! I absolutely loved helping her dreams come true for her wedding day. I'm so very honored and thankful for girls like her that trust me and allow me to share my gifts and talents with them. With each event I do I learn something new and gain more experience, I always pray in advance for readiness and as I start my work day, for the Lord to guide my hands and give me the creativity and inspiration I need to make it work. I give him over and over again the glory for every detail because I can not do what I do and make people happy with out his guidance. At the end, Breanna, her family and friends were happy and pleased with the results... I can have a sigh of relief and a huge praise to my Lord for taking me to where I need to be. I hope with all my heart to represent my Lord well and that He is pleased with what he sees.

Beauty in the Wild

I keep seeing all these amazing and beautiful wild flowers on the road every time we go out. I have been dying to just pull over on the side of the road to cut some of them and make a beautiful arrangement but I was afraid to get killed or fined for cutting flowers that belong to who knows who!!?? 🤣

Anyway, I found these gorgeous peonies at the store and braved myself to go to the least public trafficked place close to my house and cut some QAL and weeds that have some color and look so pretty. I truly enjoyed making this arrangement... it’s completely out of the traditional but that’s exactly what I love about making arrangements like this one.
