I have been wanting to make a dress like this for Sara. I have seen them at the stores and i always thought i could make her one myself so i bought a cute tank top on sale at Target and cute fabric to match and here it is.
i think it turned out very cute, i'll make another one with different fabric, it's fun to make these cute little outfits for less $$$.
